With extensive experience in the lithium industry, having held key leadership roles, including VP of Land, Regulatory, and Marketing at Pristine Lithium, where she played a key role in planning lithium brine exploration projects. She has led regulatory efforts for major lithium companies, including securing licensing for Alberta’s first lithium wells.

In addition to her work in lithium, Randene has over 19 years of expertise in the oil, gas, and mining sectors, specializing in regulatory compliance, land acquisition, and project management.
